Additional notes:

-Box jumps should be done to a box you can easily jump to, around 75% of your max box jump height if you want to get technical.

-For depth jumps start off a 12-18 inch box and move up box height each time it appears in the program by 6 inches.

-Test week can be done all in one day, obviously this will have some affect on your new bench and deadlift 1RM’s
