for the video and explanation of this routine.
Low back pain is often a result of weakness. The back in general may feel and look strong, but these muscles can quickly fatigue when exerted in daily activities. This leaves the spine feeling unstable and surrounding muscles tighten up as a result – leaving you with low back pain and
injury potential.
These functional exercises aim to improve endurance of the back muscles. Keeping the spine stabilized and helping you stay injury free.
NOTE: These exercises should not be attempted if you are currently suffering from a low back injury.

I always have lower back pains and I found that stress was the number one cause of it. But with this type of exercise the lower back is getting a lot of stress from it so I recommend that you be care with your lower back so you won`t have to go through what I have.
I injured my lower back in a dirt bike accident about 4 years ago and it still bothers me. I’ve been to the chiropractor, physiotherapy, massage… you name it I’ve tried it. So I will try these exercises and see how it helps
